In Aristotle’s view, women were deformed men. In the feudal Japan, they were barred from climbing the holy mount Fiji because they would pollute it. In the middle ages only women were termed as witches. In many of the Islamic states, women are still virtually slaves. In America the sexualization of girls is more rampant than ever. Sexism still exists everywhere at every level in society.
